Planning for my Gatorade commercial

 Props:
The product I'm advertising is a fruit punch flavored Gatorade bottle, which will be my main prop. Other props my commercial will be containing are a volleyball, volleyball nets, and a cooler.

Costumes: As for costumes, my actors will be wearing running shorts, with a loose breathable shirt. Since we are playing beach volleyball they won't be needing any shoes or kneepads. My main actor will have on a visor hat with her hair up. If my actresses aren't sweaty enough I'll spray some water on their faces to really exemplify the hard work of their training.

Schedule:

10/21/2020: I researched conventions relating to sports drinks and Gatorade commercials.                              10/22/2020: I came up with my general idea of my commercial, a location, and a backup plan for my commercial.                                                                                                                                                        10/23/2020: I will work on my storyboard and brainstorm some ideas for my script for my commercial.          10/24/2020: I will complete my storyboard and finish creating my small script for my commercial.                10/25/2020: I will begin filming for my 30 seconds long Gatorade commercial.                                              10/26/2020: I will begin editing all of my clips in Clipchamp and use this editing software to make my commercial.

Location and Set:                                                                                                                                              The location this commercial will take place at Deicke Park at the volleyball nets. Since we were basing our commercial around an athlete training in volleyball this is the perfect spot to do it. The set will include a tripod, and a spray bottle of water beside me to help film my commercial.

Backup Plan:                                                                                                                                                  If my location happens to rain a little bit that day I might continue on with my filming but just with the new idea of training in the rain. But if it ends up pouring heavily I'll push back filming that day, to later in the afternoon the following day. In this case, I would also have to push all the other things in my schedule back one day. If one of my actresses can't come in I have another friend on standby who could fill in. I have practice during the weekdays and they end when it's dark out, and I don't want to film in the dark after practice. I'd rather not film over the weekend because it is too close to the due date, so I might change it from training at the beach volleyball park, to the gym I practice at if it comes down to it.
