Storyboard

 Violent Crimes Storyboard

Our storyboard for our music video took much more than 12 squares. I essentially wanted to capture a scene for each part. Each drop of the beat was a change. I wanted to give the video more of a clean look. With this change of clips, it makes me more in tune with the audio.  We wanted an overall deeper meaning within our video. We also wanted to keep the deals of the song. Essentially our storyline was highlighting this girl.  Our actor Paola D’orazio (As Paola is pretty much our main character. And we see throughout the song the hardship she goes through being a Teenage girl in 2020. We also want to immerse the viewer within the content. To essentially capture a mood, we made sure we utilized a lot of colors. Meaning Ascential LED lights and colored lighting. We both essentially won today good story with A twist. Yet it's essentially taken from student's perspectives and seen through our daily lives being a teenager in 2020 with technology. We use a lot of aerial shots throughout our film. We also utilized an over the shoulder shot 2 make the viewer feel as if they almost are there texting. We somewhat gave our viewers a first perspective on what these characters were seeing. Essentially a lot of different shots and clips went into this video. Our second character Ezekiel Morales also played a part. We want him to be essentially this toxic boyfriend that is no good for Paola and drags her down. Which all plays into her supportive best friend Alexa Delgado (As Alexa or Best friend). Get which ends up not be as supportive as the audience thinks she is. Such a twist keeps the audience on the edge of their seats wanting more. We get to see the overall influence “Zeke” has on our actor Paola. When we see the effects that happen once Paola isn't in his life. We see a lot throughout this video yet we really see a lot captured through these angles. Also throughout the audience and acting.
